About me

I am Martino Sacchi, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professor and Ph.D. in Philosophy based in Berlin. My journey in the world of martial arts started with Judo when I was 12, but soon I switched to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, decision that led me to move to Brazil and learn from some of the best teachers in the world. For the past decade I’ve been coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu between Barcelona and Berlin, developing an effective teaching system that draws from my academic experience.
